Grow Your Staff is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business simulation games. This is a full-time remote position.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the operations team based in New Hampshire, USA, while coordinating with manufacturers, shipping agencies, warehouses, and international distribution partners.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and track inventory from the completion of manufacturing through delivery to domestic and international warehouses
- Develop and execute shipping plans, coordinating pickups and transportation with factories, printers, freight agencies, and manufacturing partners in China
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory-tracking information and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and recommend restocks or reprints based on sales forecasts, campaign requirements, and upcoming demand
- Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouses, and logistics partners to deliver products in the correct quantities and within agreed timelines
- Manage international distribution and the delivery of sub-licensed products in collaboration with global partners




- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders
- Proactively resolve shipping delays, damaged goods, routing errors, and potential inventory shortages affecting campaigns or product availability
- Create accessible inventory and logistics dashboards and provide comprehensive weekly updates to the leadership team
- Work closely with the Operations Director, Warehouse Manager, and Inventory Coordinator to manage daily schedules and improve logistics processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Experience coordinating international shipments, freight partners, factories, and multiple warehouses
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and import/export processes; familiarity with customs and Incoterms is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience creating inventory dashboards and operational reports
- Excellent communication, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely
