Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with third-party applications.
- Build and maintain Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow Automation.
- Create custom objects, fields,



page layouts, reports, dashboards, and security configurations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

- 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as SFDX, Change Sets, Git, or Copado.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Good To Have Skills

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and contemporary web technologies.
- Experience with Data Loader, ETL tools, and Salesforce data migration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
