Role Overview:- ServiceNow Developer – SAM Pro & HAM

Seeking a ServiceNow Developer experienced in SAM Pro and ITAM/ALM to support implementation of SAM foundation, publisher pack integrations, discovery normalization, and asset lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure SAM Pro foundation, plugins, and OOTB compliance dashboards.
- Load and configure publisher packs (Microsoft, VMware/Broadcom, Citrix, Salesforce, Oracle DB, CrowdStrike, IBM/RedHat).
- Implement discovery model normalization via content library.
- Enable ALM lifecycle for EUC, server, and network assets using ITSM Pro ITAM features.
- Implement Hardware Asset Management (HAM) catalog & workflows for managing asset lifecycle processes such as procurement, receiving, stockroom management,



deployment, refresh, and disposal.
- Configure Asset and CI relationships aligned with CMDB and CSDM best practices.
- Integrate SCCM/Intune/Discovery and validate SaaS/API integrations.
- Support entitlement of imports, workflows, and catalog items.
- Perform testing, UAT support, and Hypercare activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands on ServiceNow SAM Pro & ITAM/ALM, CMDB, CSDM experience.
- Experience of software licensing models. Including Oracle, IBM etc.
- Experience with integrations, MID Server, APIs, SCCM, Intune & Jamf., Software normalization & reconciliation, License metrics and entitlement management
- ServiceNow scripting knowledge:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer / Workflows
- Service Catalogs

Experience Requirements:

- 3–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years working specifically with SAM Pro.
- Experience with ITAM/ALM lifecycle processes.
- Robust understanding of software licensing models across major publishers.
- Proven experience integrating SCCM, Intune, SaaS APIs, and MID Server.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
