Role Description This full-time, on-site Service Engineer role is based in Agra, Jhansi & Recent Delhi locationand involves providing technical support and maintenance for engineering equipment and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities typically include installing and commissioning equipment, conducting routine inspections, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and performing repairs or adjustments as needed.

Engineers interact with clients to understand service requirements, document work performed, and provide clear guidance on equipment operation and preventive maintenance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for parts, upgrades, and follow-up service, while maintaining accurate records, adhering to safety standards, and meeting service timelines.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand engineering drawings, equipment documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis for electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer service, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, prioritization, and organization to handle multiple service requests and maintain accurate service records.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with safety practices, compliance requirements, and basic use of standard tools, test instruments, and maintenance equipment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) is preferred, with prior experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site at client locations in and around New Delhi, with readiness for occasional travel, flexible hours, and hands-on work in operational environments.
- Handsfree expossure in capital engineering goods like, backhoe Loader, Skid Steer Loader, Excavators, Concrete plant, Asphalt plants, and hydraulic attachments like Rock breaker.
