Role Description This is a full-time, in office Service Engineer role based in Rajkot.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of CNC machines, stabilizers, transformers, air compressors, and related equipment. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, carrying out repairs, and providing on-site field service support to customers.

The Service

Engineer will document service activities, coordinate with the technical and sales teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. The position also requires maintaining safety standards,



following company procedures, and supporting continuous product and service enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in field service, including on-site visits and customer-facing support.
- Proficiency in technical support activities, including interpreting manuals and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of CNC machines, stabilizers, transformers, or similar industrial equipment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple service tasks, and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards in industrial environments.
- Basic computer skills for service reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience in industrial automation or machinery service is an advantage.
