Job Overview: Senior role within NovaaOne Capital’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice, with responsibility for leading transactions, driving business origination and building senior client relationships

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA from a top tier Institute/CA; CFA would be an added advantage
- Experience: 10-12 years of Investment Banking experience, with strong transaction execution experience or relevant sector experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, IPO and capital raising transactions across the Healthcare sector
- Drive business origination and client relationships, including senior-level engagement with promoters, CXOs and investors
- Identify and develop new M&A; and capital markets opportunities through sector expertise, market intelligence and investor relationships
- Provide strategic, financial and valuation oversight across transactions, including structuring, negotiations and transaction strategy
- Maintain strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, market developments, and news flow, and assess their implications on transactions and clients
- Lead and mentor transaction teams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery

Skills

- Strong Healthcare sector knowledge and demonstrated client / business development capabilities
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring skills




- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- Solid leadership, commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial databases
