- Solid experience (3–5 years) in functional testing and UAT execution.
- Ability to analyze BRD/FSD documents and derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, defect reporting, and defect lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Ability to prepare and maintain test progress dashboards, including executed/pending cases and defect trackers.
- Proficient in documenting clear, well structured test artifacts.
Communication & Coordination
- Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and business users,
- Ability to provide concise daily updates and escalate issues appropriately.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Domain knowledge of KYC and CKYC processes (preferred).
