Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate virtual corporate training sessions, workshops, and learning events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills,



be comfortable hosting online sessions, and be capable of troubleshooting technical issues during live events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule virtual training programs and workshops.
- Host online training sessions and ensure smooth execution.
- Assist trainers and participants throughout the session.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, audio/video, screen sharing, and participant access.
- Manage LMS activities including enrolments, scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, and feedback.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal stakeholders for event readiness.
- Maintain training records and prepare daily/weekly reports in Excel.
- Ensure a seamless learning experience by resolving participant queries promptly.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate.
