About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager – Full Stack & AI to lead the end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable and AI-enabled products.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business and other stakeholders while leading technical teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high quality.
What You’ll Do
- Own projects from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment and production.
- Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Lead and mentor Full-Stack, AI/ML, QA, UI/UX and DevOps teams.
- Guide technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
- Oversee AI/LLM, RAG, embeddings and vector database implementations.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices, code quality, CI/CD and production readiness.
- Work closely with senior leadership and business teams on priorities and delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical and cross-functional blockers.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software product development.
- 4+ years in technical project, engineering or delivery leadership.
- Strong understanding of React/Next.js and backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django or Node.js.
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, CI/CD and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, estimation and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech, LMS, medical education or assessment platforms.
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or related cloud technologies.
- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex, pgvector/OpenSearch, vLLM/Ollama or similar technologies.
- PMP, Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe or cloud certifications.
