Overview Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate should be able to solve ambiguous problems, influence stakeholders, and possess deep expertise in their domain.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with technical infrastructure capacity planning and resource management.
- Experience leveraging data to identify trends in an engineering setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 2 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., software development, operations, DevOps, SRE, networking, security, developer relations).
- Experience managing, implementing, and successfully executing complex product or program roll-outs and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs, including executive and key partner communications.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship.
- Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making and mitigates dependencies.
- Identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and affect multiple teams.
- Lead Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK) encryption horizontals across Cloud and direct the reliability code yellow initiative.
