Revolent is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join an exciting career acceleration programme designed in partnership with a leading global professional services and consulting organisation.

This unique opportunity combines advanced technical training, mentorship, and real-world project delivery, enabling experienced ServiceNow professionals to further develop their expertise in ServiceNow and AI-powered technologies while working on large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.

Successful candidates will initially complete an intensive 4-week virtual training academy, designed collaboratively with one of the world's largest consulting and technology transformation organisations. Following the academy, consultants will be deployed onto enterprise ServiceNow projects for a minimum of 12 months, applying their knowledge in complex client environments. High-performing consultants may ultimately have the chance to transition into permanent roles with the client organisation.

The Role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will work within enterprise ServiceNow environments supporting digital transformation initiatives across IT, HR, customer service, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP,



IntegrationHub and third-party APIs.
- Build and maintain catalog items, record producers and automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Create custom applications using App Engine and low-code capabilities where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
- Support testing, deployment and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to platform governance, performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

Essential

- 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong background working across core ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience developing and configuring:

- Strong JavaScript development skills.

Candidates must demonstrate strong experience in at least one of the following areas:

HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Experience delivering employee-focused workflows and services, including:

- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- HR case management

- Knowledge management
- Lifecycle event automation
