- Experience with Job Alerts, Talent Communities, SEO, and analytics.
Recruitment & Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
- Experience in recruitment workflows, candidate lifecycle, and hiring processes.
- Knowledge of HR and Talent Management best practices.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of XML, APIs, and SuccessFactors integration concepts.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and upgrade assessments.
