Jb Summary

We are a premier sanitaryware manufacturing firm expanding our market footprint. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with 3 to 6 years of industry experience. Based out of our Rajkot Corporate Office, you will take ownership of expanding our B2B dealer-distributor network, increasing market share, and driving rvenue gr owth.

Key esponsibilities

Dealer & Distributor Network: Identify, pitch to, and onboard recent dealers and wholesalers acros target markets.

Key Account Management: Maintain active relationships with existing network partners, architects, build e rs, and corporat project clients.

Sales Volume & Targets: Drive sales strategies to meet monthly busness volume goals.

Market Insights: Conduct regular ground-level research on competitor pricing, ne w product trends,



ad regional demands.

Brand Visibility: Lead local product promotion campaigns, sample placements, and dealerawareness activitie and brand support.

Outstanding Recovery: Track and ensure the timely collection of payments from dist r ibutors according tocompany credit terms.

Reporting: Maintain regular sales pipeline data and submit weekly reporting to th executive managem en t.

Requirements & QalificationsExperience:

2 to 4 years of proven B2B sales/marketing experience, mandatory within Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Bath Fittings, or uilding Materials sectors.

Education: Graduate degree in any fi e ld (MBA or Degree in Markeing is an added advantage).

Languages: Complete fluency in Hndi and English is required.

Mobility: V a lid driving license for busiess travel and dealer visits.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, field sales communication, relationship building, nd basic computer prficiency.
