We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take ownership of business growth, develop customer relationships and consistently deliver sales targets.
The Opportunity
- Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory
- Acquire current customers and expand the existing customer base
- Build solid customer and business relationships
- Identify new market opportunities
- Lead field sales activities and achieve monthly targets
- Monitor market performance and provide regular updates
Who Should Apply?
- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ Years of Sales / Field Sales Experience
- Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Automobile, Pharma, EdTech or any other Sales industry are welcome
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Bokaro-based candidates preferred

CTC: ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
