Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our industrial valves, pipe fittings, and instrumentation solutions. You will serve as the technical and commercial bridge—evaluating customer specifications, leading technical discussions, and promoting our flagship ARC-LOK product range across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical sales visits and face-to-face meetings with client engineering and procurement teams.
- Evaluate customer requirements, review technical drawings/specs, and select suitable ARC-LOK products (valves, fittings, instrumentation).
- Coordinate with internal design/sales teams to prepare accurate technical proposals and commercial quotations.
- Generate new business opportunities, systematically follow up on inquiries, and convert technical leads into orders.
- Perform market analysis, track competitor pricing/specifications,



and identify new project leads.
- Travel for client relationship and lead management as needed.

Requirements

- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–8 years in Technical B2B Sales / Sales Engineering.
- Industry Mandate: Prior experience in Valves, Pipe Fittings, Instrumentation, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics is strictly required.
- Skills: Strong understanding of technical specifications, negotiation capability, and confident face-to-face communication.
- Tools: Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and commercial email communication.
