Senior Python DeveloperWe are looking for a Senior Python Developer with 6+ years of experience for one of our client in developing, maintaining, and supporting data science and machine learning solutions.

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (Whitefield)

Availability: Immediate (within 15-20 Days)

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end model lifecycle activities, including model development, recalibration, deployment into enterprise environments, monitoring, and production support.

The ideal candidate should possess solid Python development skills combined with practical experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and productionizing analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities1.

Model

Development

- Develop and implement machine learning, statistical, and predictive models to address business requirements.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model training, testing, and validation.
- Build reusable and scalable Python-based analytical solutions.
- Optimize model performance and accuracy through experimentation and tuning.

2.

Model

Recalibration & Validation
- Monitor model performance and identify model drift or degradation.
- Perform periodic recalibration and retraining of existing models.
- Conduct model validation and performance benchmarking.
- Maintain model documentation, assumptions, and performance metrics.

3. Deployment & Integration




- Deploy machine learning models into enterprise production environments.
- Integrate models with downstream business applications and databases.
- Manage model versioning and release processes.

4.

Production

Support
- Provide ongoing support for deployed models and analytical applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for model failures or performance issues.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and stability of model-driven solutions.

5. Collaboration
- Work closely with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Technology teams.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.

Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Experience supporting production analytical applications.
- Experience working across the complete machine learning model lifecycle.
