Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer / Security Engineer with 10+ years of experience in application security, cloud security, secure software development, and DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in security engineering, identity and access management, cloud security, vulnerability management, and integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement secure application and platform architectures.
- Drive application security, secure coding practices, and encryption standards.
- Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications and infrastructure.
- Integrate security tools and controls into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Implement and manage IAM, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect solutions.
- Work with cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Establish and maintain security best practices aligned with OWASP and modern security frameworks.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and architecture teams on security initiatives.
- Support container and Kubernetes security practices.
- Contribute to Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security initiatives.
- Analyze security incidents, vulnerabilities, and risks and provide effective remediation strategies.




- Communicate security risks and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Application Security, Platform Security, or a related domain.
- Strong expertise in Application Security and Secure Coding.
- Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure design principles.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Snyk, Checkmarx, Fortify, and SonarQube.
- Robust experience with IAM, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Good understanding of network security, firewalls, HTTPS, TLS, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security.
- Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Strong understanding of encryption techniques and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes security.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture.
- Familiarity with modern security frameworks and standards.
- Experience with cloud-native security and platform engineering.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CSSLP, or equivalent are a plus.

- Must be comfortable with occasional travel/office visits to Gurgaon and Bangalore once every 1–2 months.
- Must be comfortable with company laptop collection/return requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Candidates with 10+ years of relevant security/platform engineering experience are preferred.
