Role Description The Senior Photographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for leading all aspects of photography production for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and brand assets. This role includes planning and executing photo shoots, coordinating with creative and marketing teams, and capturing high-quality images that align with client and brand objectives.

The Senior

Photographer will manage lighting, composition, equipment setup, and post-production editing, ensuring consistent visual standards across projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on concepts, directing subjects, organizing shoot schedules, maintaining photography equipment, and preparing images optimized for web, social media, and other digital channels.



The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of visual content processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in professional photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and storytelling through images.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, studio lighting, and related photography equipment.
- Advanced skills in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or equivalent).
- Ability to produce visual content tailored for digital marketing, websites, social media, and ecommerce platforms.
- Experience collaborating with creative, design, and marketing teams to translate concepts into compelling visual assets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent quality and brand guidelines across all imagery.
- Relevant education in photography, visual arts, media, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead photography role, preferably within a digital agency or marketing setting.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore and availability for occasional extended hours based on project needs.
