Role Description This is a full-time, in office Planning Engineer role based in Jamnagar.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with project managers and site teams, and ensure alignment between planning, procurement, and execution activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, forecasting resource requirements, and supporting production planning to meet timelines and budget constraints. The role also involves analyzing project data, identifying risks or delays, proposing corrective actions, and assisting in project control processes.





The Planning

Engineer will communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery and adherence to contractual commitments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to develop and manage detailed project schedules and resource plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor progress, analyze variances, and support risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with site teams, management, clients, and vendors.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in EPC environments.
- Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree (civil, mechanical, or related discipline) and proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Jamnagar, and willingness to coordinate across multiple projects and deadlines.
