Role Description The Senior Oracle Middleware and Digital Platforms Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing Oracle middleware and associated digital platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical business applications. Day-to-day tasks include managing deployments, monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating preventive maintenance and upgrades.

The administrator collaborates with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support integrations, implement best practices, and resolve complex technical issues. The role also involves documenting configurations, maintaining operational standards,



and contributing to continuous improvement of platform reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Oracle middleware administration (e.g., WebLogic, SOA Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware) and related digital platforms.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across application servers and integrated services.
- Knowledge of deployment automation, configuration management, and workplace management in enterprise settings.
- Understanding of security best practices, including access control, patching, and compliance for middleware and platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document processes and configurations.
- Experience in on-site production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis for mission-critical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Oracle or middleware technologies are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting or working with diverse industries is beneficial, along with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
