Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Marketplace Associate who will own the day-to-day operations of our marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce channels. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility, executing promotional campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely replenishment.




- Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch.
- Resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations in coordination with the support team.
- Monitor marketplace policies and compliance to avoid penalties or delisting.
- Generate reports on, availability, returns, account health and marketplace performance for management.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations (D2C experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, similar.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with order management systems, seller portals, and e-commerce dashboards.

Good to Have

- Experience with pricing and promotions on marketplaces.
- Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings.
- Exposure to logistics and supply chain operations in e-commerce.
