Role Purpose:

We are hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Pay Later. This is an Individual Contributor role for managing Product and Growth.

Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy and growth initiatives for Pine Labs’ Pay Later products, with a strong focus on GTV, revenue and customer adoption.
- Identify growth opportunities across merchants, consumers, issuers, and payment partners to drive product penetration and transaction volumes.
- Work closely with Sales, Business, Technology, Operations and Marketing teams to conceptualize, launch and scale current product propositions.
- Define product requirements, user journeys and GTM plans, and drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation to market launch.
- Analyse transaction, merchant and customer data to identify growth levers, improve engagement, retention and overall product performance.
- Develop and execute experiments, offers,



campaigns and merchant-led growth programs to improve conversion and transaction frequency.
- Manage key external stakeholders including banks, NBFCs, card networks, merchants and technology partners to drive product adoption.
- Track business metrics and prepare regular performance reviews, identifying key insights, risks and actions to deliver growth targets.

Qualification:

4-5 years of relevant experience, BNPL & consumer lending experience is preferred.
