The Role

As Senior Manager – International Digital Marketing & Content, you will work directly with the CEO to plan and lead the company’s marketing strategy.

You will take ownership of campaigns for affluent and globally mobile audiences, strengthen our YouTube and content presence, guide the internal marketing team and ensure that our marketing efforts translate into better engagement, stronger lead quality and measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-ownership strategic role—not a routine campaign-execution position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead marketing strategies across India,



the Middle East and other international markets.
- Plan campaigns and content for HNIs, business owners, professionals and globally mobile families.
- Lead our YouTube strategy, including long-form videos, Shorts, content planning, audience growth and campaign integration.
- Manage the internal marketing team and coordinate with agencies, creators and external partners.
- Analyse campaign performance, content engagement, lead quality and ROI.
- Work directly with the CEO on brand positioning, growth priorities and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Use AI, automation, CRM and marketing technology to improve campaign performance, reporting and team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated experience targeting international markets or global audiences.
- Experience marketing to HNIs, premium customers or clients making high-value decisions.
- Strong practical knowledge of YouTube strategy, video content and audience growth.
- Experience managing teams, agencies and multiple marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication and strategic-thinking skills.
- Interest in using AI and automation to improve marketing outcomes.

Experience in immigration, financial services, wealth management, luxury real estate, international education, investment advisory or premium consulting will be strongly preferred.
