About the Role

Lead the Analytics & Business Strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making, business performance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business problems, influence key decisions, and build a high-performing analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic initiatives to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Build executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Generate actionable insights through deep analysis of business, customer, and operational data.
- Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to execution.
- Standardize reporting, governance, and performance management frameworks.
- Champion automation and AI-driven analytics to improve business productivity.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Business Analysts.
- Set priorities, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Build analytical capabilities, best practices, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.




- Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics priorities with business goals.

What We're Looking For

- 7–10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, Consulting, Business Excellence, or Revenue Strategy.
- 2+ years of experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data.
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

- Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon)
- High-growth startups or technology companies
- Corporate Strategy, CEO's Office, Business Excellence, or Revenue Operations
