About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Java Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and DevOps, along with the ability to lead technical teams, drive architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Mandatory Experience

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

● Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade backend applications.

● Experience working on high-volume, data-intensive systems handling millions of records, with a strong focus on scalability, low latency, and performance optimization.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Core Java

● Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

● Java Collections Framework.

● Multithreading and Concurrency.

● Java Memory Management.

● Exception Handling.

● Core Java fundamentals and best practices.

Spring Boot

● Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

● Designing and developing enterprise-grade RESTful APIs.

● Experience building scalable backend services using Spring Boot.





Performance Tuning & Debugging

Strong practical experience in:

● JVM Internals.

● Garbage Collection (GC).

● Thread Dump Analysis.

● Heap Dump Analysis.

● Memory Leak Identification and Resolution.

● Application Performance Profiling and Optimization.

Database Technologies:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

● MongoDB.

● Contemporary NoSQL databases.

● Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).

● Exposure to columnar databases is highly preferred.

Distributed Systems

● Experience developing high-performance, distributed applications.

● Ability to optimize applications for throughput, scalability, and low latency.

● Experience working with enterprise-scale data processing systems.

Caching

● Hands-on experience with distributed caching solutions such as Redis.

Soft Skills:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to communicate effectively with customers and business stakeholders.

● Customer-facing experience is mandatory.

● Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

● Experience with Microservices architecture.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

● Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
