We're looking for a Head of Interior Design who has an exceptional eye for aesthetics, strong execution capabilities, and the ambition to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Lead the complete design function across residential, commercial, and landscape projects.

Create premium, functional, and aesthetically outstanding spaces.

Develop concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor.

Work closely with founders, architects, project managers, and execution teams.

Build and maintain high design standards across all projects.

Stay ahead of global design trends and bring innovative ideas to life.

Who We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.

Degree from a reputed design or architecture institute.

Strong portfolio of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar software.

Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, colors, textures, and customer experience.

A problem solver with strong ownership and execution skills.
