Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from initial client consultations and concept development to detailed design documentation and on-site coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing design presentations, selecting materials and finishes, and guiding FF&E; specifications in alignment with client requirements and brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and vendors, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting site visits to ensure design integrity and quality execution.

Designer will mentor junior team members, manage project timelines,



and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout each project. This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore North.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a track record of delivering functional and aesthetically cohesive spaces.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and the ability to interpret and coordinate Construction Drawings with project teams.
- Proficiency in FF&E; selection, including finishes, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts, budget, and durability standards.
- Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), along with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or InDesign.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of experience in senior or lead design roles.
- Solid project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or workplace projects, and familiarity with local building codes and industry best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore North and conduct regular site visits, vendor meetings, and client presentations.
