Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion. Daily activities include developing design concepts, space planning, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project requirements and budgets. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, conducting site visits, and overseeing execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

contribute to design presentations, and support project management tasks such as timelines, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Interior Design and FF&E;, including concept development, material selection, and furniture/fixture specification.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for comfort, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with project teams and interpret technical documents.
- Experience leading end-to-end interior projects for residential and/or commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in a senior or lead designer role is preferred.
