- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise integration services, microservices, and APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
- Integrate core telecom systems (OSS, BSS, CRM) with external platforms and Generative AI/LLM solutions.
- Implement service orchestration, message routing, transformation, and API security mechanisms.
- Configure messaging systems, API Gateways, and manage the Developer Portal / API Marketplace.
- Support CI/CD automation, set up monitoring tools, and troubleshoot operational incidents.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in enterprise application integration, middleware, and API development.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Python, or C++).
- Hands-on experience with ESB and API Gateway platforms (Oracle Service Bus/OSB, Apigee, 3Scale, MuleSoft, or WSO2).
- Solid experience with messaging brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS).
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Deep understanding of integration patterns and architectures (EAI, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture).
- Experience implementing API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, Mutual TLS).
- Proficiency with data formats and API specifications (JSON, XML, XSLT, YAML, OpenAPI/Swagger).

Engineer will design, implement,



and maintain integration solutions between multiple software systems, platforms, and services, ensuring reliable data flow and system interoperability.

Responsibilities include analyzing integration requirements, developing integration components and APIs, configuring middleware and related tools, and performing end-to-end testing to validate performance and security. The role involves diagnosing and resolving integration issues, optimizing system interactions, and collaborating with software development, product, and operations teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

The Senior Integration

Engineer will also contribute to integration standards, documentation, and best practices, and may mentor junior team members on integration and systems engineering topics.

Qualifications

- Strong integration and systems engineering skills, including experience designing and implementing system interfaces, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Solid software development background, with hands-on experience in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to integration work.
- Advanced analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, data formats (e.g., JSON, XML), and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, message queues) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and DevOps practices related to deployment and monitoring of integrated systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a senior engineering or integration role, ideally within digital transformation or product engineering environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide technical guidance to peers.
