Role Description The Senior Information Security Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This individual will lead security assessments, design and implement security controls, and provide expert guidance on risk management and compliance across client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, reviewing architecture and configurations, developing and updating security policies and procedures, and monitoring for emerging threats.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing detailed reports and recommendations, supporting incident response activities, and mentoring junior security professionals. The consultant will be expected to stay current with industry standards,



regulatory requirements, and best practices in information security.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in information security principles, including risk assessment, threat modeling, and security architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing tools, and secure configuration of networks, systems, and applications.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and experience supporting compliance initiatives.
- Proficiency in incident response, log analysis, and security monitoring using SIEM and related tools.
- Ability to translate technical security requirements into transparent recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in a senior or consulting information security role, preferably supporting multiple clients or complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP) are highly beneficial.
- Capacity to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate effectively within diverse teams, and mentor colleagues in security best practices.
