Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the complete HR function of the organisation. The role will be responsible for HR strategy, operational excellence, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, succession planning, and implementation of people initiatives while building a robust and high-performing organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth.
- HR Operations: Oversee the complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, performance management and exit processes.
- Payroll Management: Supervise monthly payroll processing, salary structures, deductions, incentives, attendance inputs and payroll compliance.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, engagement and workplace relations.
- Succession Planning: Identify key talent, develop career paths and create succession plans for critical positions.
- Policy & Process Development: Create, review and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Legal & Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, employment regulations and legal procedures.
- Performance Management: Drive appraisal systems, KRAs, performance reviews,



employee development and improvement plans.
- Innovation & Creativity: Introduce innovative HR practices, technology, engagement initiatives and people-centric solutions.
- Strategy Implementation: Convert management decisions and HR strategies into effective, measurable action plans across the organisation.
- Workforce Planning: Analyse manpower requirements, organisational structure and workforce productivity.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop the HR team while ensuring accountability and operational excellence.
- Management Reporting: Provide HR MIS, workforce analytics and strategic insights to senior management for decision-making.

Preferred Experience 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with experience in managing the complete HR function and leading HR teams in a fast-paced, multi-outlet or hospitality/retail environment.

Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Master's in HR, or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
