Role Description The Senior German Language Trainer will deliver high-quality German language instruction (A1–B2) to nursing and Ausbildung candidates in a classroom setting, ensuring they meet linguistic requirements for placement in Germany and Austria. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive lessons, preparing teaching materials and assessments, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and remedial support where needed.



The trainer will coordinate with the counseling and placement teams to align language training with program timelines and exam requirements, and may support candidates with interview and cultural readiness sessions.

This is a full-time, in office role located in Delhi, India, requiring consistent batch management and adherence to Jet Set Jobs’ training standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in German, with proven experience in Language Teaching and Teaching adult learners.
- Ability to design structured curricula, with skills in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies.
- Background in German Studies or related fields, with familiarity in Literature and cultural components to enrich classroom learning.
- Relevant certification or degree in German language, linguistics, education, or comparable discipline (e.g., C1-level certification, Goethe or equivalent).
- Experience preparing learners for standardized German exams (A1–B2) and working with diverse learner profiles.
- Effective classroom management, clear communication skills, and a learner-focused, inclusive teaching style.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced training environment and collaborating with counseling and placement teams.
- Prior experience as a senior trainer or lead instructor, including mentoring junior trainers, is an advantage.
