About the Role

We are seeking an astute, highly analytical and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience to oversee comprehensive financial operations. The candidate will hold direct responsibility for Financial Accounting, Treasury & Cash Management, Statutory Reporting & Management Information Systems (MIS) by ensuring financial health, strict compliance, and providing strategic, actionable insights to the executive leadership team to drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

- A. Financial Accounting, Reporting & MIS: Accounting Operations: Direct and manage accounting operations, encompassing Accounts Payable (AP),



Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management.
- B. Treasury Management: Liquidity Forecasting & Working Capital Optimization: Formulate, maintain, and analyze cash flow forecasts to ensure uninterrupted liquidity for active clean energy EPC projects and day-to-day channel distribution. Actively manage the working capital cycle
- C. Statutory Compliance & Audit Management: Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory tax regulations, including Direct Taxes (Income Tax, TDS) and Indirect Taxes (GST).Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal, external, and statutory auditors to guarantee seamless, timely, and unqualified completion of all audit cycles.
- D. Partnering & Leadership: Project Viability Evaluation: Partnering with commercial and procurement teams to evaluate the financial feasibility of prospective clean energy bids, calculating key metrics such as IRR, ROI, payback periods, etc.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of technical accuracy, strict compliance, and continuous workflow improvement.

Qualifications

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
- Qualified Experience of 5 to 7 years of post-qualification
- Experience in Finance & Accounting within relevant industry/ sector from renewable /clean energy, project business or channel business.
- Must have experience in team management
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, and corporate taxation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
