Senior Executive - Statutory Compliance, IR & HR

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, employee counselling and employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, and statutory requirements.
- Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, attendance, wages, and workforce (blue collars) deployment.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, OT, LOP, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and support statutory/internal audits.
- Coordinate with production for manpower planning and maintain workplace discipline.

Requirements
- 3 yrs of experience in Statutory compliance, IR & HR
- MBA HR / MSW / Any Graduate with relevant HR & IR experience.
- Positive knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Factory HR.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
