Required Qualification

I- Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.

I I- M.Com, B.Com, BBA, BA or such other graduate with solid and relevant experience in the subject matter

Required Experience

Not less than 3-4 years

Required Minimum Computer Skills

Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Primary Responsibilities

- Actively involved in HR, People Management & Administration.

- Intermediate to Expert Level Knowledge in the field of HR & Admin.

- Responsible for HR & Admin activities.

- Responsible for talent acquisition, sourcing candidates from the job portals, referals, shortlisting, screening, shortlisting for interview.

- Verifying references, issuing offer letters. Ensuring compliance of joining formalities, hand holding,



introduction of the incumbent, updating the incumbent on HR Rules & Regulations.

- Keeping track of performance appraisals and issuing increment letters. Keeping track of resignations and ensuring compliance of exit formalities.

- Overseeing attendance registers, leave records, issuing late slips.

- Strive to maintain employee discipline and ensure harmony.

- Counselling and handling employee grievances, being easily accessable, available to hear employee grievances/suggestions.

- Interacting with external agencies like Telephones, Mobile service providers, vendors, electricians etc. Ensure statutory compliance like ESI, P.f. etc.

Roles will cover HR and administrative formalities and its group companies.
