Position Overview The Senior Executive – Corporate Relations will be responsible for supporting Sewa Bridge's corporate partnerships and business development efforts by conducting corporate research, generating and nurturing qualified leads, engaging with prospective partners, coordinating pre-sales activities, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. The role requires a proactive professional with strong research, communication, and relationship management skills to help build meaningful corporate collaborations and contribute to the organization's growth and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

A. Corporate Intelligence, Lead Generation & Pre-Sales

- Research corporates, foundations, PSUs, and other relevant institutions to identify prospects, decision-makers, CSR priorities, funding opportunities, and partnership potential.
- Build, qualify, and prioritize a pipeline of corporate leads through research, stakeholder mapping, LinkedIn, and other qualified networks.
- Prepare corporate profiles, opportunity assessments, briefing notes, and other materials to support pre-sales and business development.

B. Corporate Outreach & Partnership Development

- Conduct targeted outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn,



and other channels to initiate and develop corporate conversations.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, pitches, proposals, and follow-ups with prospective partners in collaboration with internal teams.
- Nurture corporate relationships and support lead conversion and development of long-term partnerships.

C. . Reporting & Performance Management

- Maintain updated records of leads, outreach, meetings, opportunities, and partnership status in CRM and internal databases.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports covering lead generation, outreach, pipeline movement, conversions, and partnership performance.
- Track progress against business development targets and provide relevant updates, insights, and pipeline summaries to management.

Qualification & Experience

- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, Fundraising, Sales Support, or Stakeholder Engagement.
- Experience working with corporates, CSR initiatives, consulting firms, social impact organizations, or fundraising teams will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to lead generation, prospect research, stakeholder mapping, and outreach activities is desirable.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in conducting stakeholder outreach, cold calling, and business networking.
- Strong research, analytical, and market intelligence capabilities.
- Understanding of the CSR, sustainability, philanthropy, and social impact ecosystem will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, AI tools, and CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
