**- EDUCATION COUNSELOR*
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and support them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of sales and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
> Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
> Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion
> Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
> Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
> Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
> Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Required Skills: Basic knowledge of sales and counselling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and convert leads
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
