About the Role :

Are you a technical leader and hands-on automation strategist who thrives on powering up-to-date web and mobile product delivery at enterprise scale?

We are seeking a Senior Digital DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Web and Mobile DevOps team. In this role, you will be the driving force migrating legacy CI/CD environments into modern, cloud-native, self-service platforms on AWS, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform.

From configuring Fastlane build tracks and mobile device farms to embedding DevSecOps gates and leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo), you will own the delivery infrastructure, establish golden templates, and empower developer velocity without compromising quality or security.

What Youll Do :

1. Modernize CI/CD &

- Pipeline Governance :
- Design, optimize, and standardize enterprise pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and custom runners.
- Consolidate legacy setups into reusable, template-driven workflows (shared libraries, GitLab CI templates, YAML modules).
- Enforce branching strategies, artifact promotion models, and automated environment gating to dramatically improve MTTR and build cycle times.

2. Web &

- Mobile Delivery Engineering :
- Orchestrate iOS and Android CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode Build, and cloud/on-prem device farms (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso).
- Manage static asset builds, containerization, CDN publishing (CloudFront), and progressive web app deployment strategies.
- Automate code signing, provisioning profiles, versioning, and direct distribution to app stores.

Cloud

Infrastructure &

- Self-Service Platform :
- Provision and manage AWS-based infrastructure (EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda) using Terraform (IaC).
- Standardize environment orchestration across dev, test, staging, and prodincluding on-demand/ephemeral feature environments.
- Build "paved-road" developer platforms, golden templates,



and CLI tools that allow product teams to self-serve safely.

4. DevSecOps &

- Quality Automation :
- Shift security left by embedding SonarQube, SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and container vulnerability tools directly into pipeline gates.
- Establish automated progressive delivery strategies including blue/green, canary, and feature flag releases.
- Enforce vulnerability SLAs, license compliance, and quality baselines without slowing engineering momentum.

5. Pioneer AI-Assisted DevOps :

- Integrate AI tools (GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, LLMs) into developer workflows to generate IaC scaffolding, auto-produce unit/regression tests, and maintain dynamic runbooks.
- Analyze pipeline telemetry using AI to detect bottlenecks, flaky tests, and optimization opportunities.

What Were Looking For :

Core Qualifications :

- 5 Years Enterprise DevOps Experience : Proven track record owning production-grade delivery platforms end-to-end.
- Deep CI/CD Mastery : Expert-level knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins, runner management, reusable templates, and pipeline performance optimization.
- AWS &
- Infrastructure as Code : Strong hands-on proficiency with AWS (EKS, ECS, S3, CloudFront) and Terraform/HCL.
- Security &
- Quality Tooling : Practical experience with SonarQube, SAST/SCA tools, container scanning, and artifact repositories (JFrog, Nexus, ECR).
- Multi-Language Scripting : Proficient in at least two of : Python, Bash, Groovy, or PowerShell, along with YAML and HCL.
- Technical Leadership : History of modernizing legacy pipelines, mentoring engineers, and establishing cross-team standards.

Preferred / Bonus Capabilities :

- Mobile DevOps Specialization : Experience with Fastlane, Xcode, Gradle, and cross-platform mobile test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- AI-Assisted Engineering : Hands-on usage of GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, or LLM prompt engineering for IaC scaffolding, test generation, and runbook automation.
