? We’re Hiring | Senior DevOps Engineer

MindSuite Informatics is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale our cloud infrastructure, strengthen DevOps practices, and build reliable, secure, and high-performance platforms.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage GCP/GKE, Kubernetes, Docker, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and automation
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Ansible
- Drive monitoring & observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Design high-availability, DR, backup, and security strategies
- Manage distributed systems including Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, scalability, and performance




- Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams on cloud-native architecture

- ? Must-Have Skills

- 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred), Docker & Linux
- GCP/AWS/Azure cloud experience
- Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Experience with Kafka, MongoDB & Redis
- Solid understanding of networking, distributed systems, HA & DR
