- Windows OS Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016 environments.
- Office 365 Administration: Support and troubleshoot Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps; manage user accounts and licenses.
- Citrix VDI Support: Maintain and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, including thin-client configurations and session performance.
- Endpoint Management: Use Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions to manage and secure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
