Job Title: Senior Design & BIM Engineer

Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in the applicable discipline

- 5–10+ years of relevant design experience, depending on seniority
- Data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or industrial project experience
- Experience supporting North American engineering projects
- Working knowledge of relevant U.S. codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IBC, ASHRAE, TIA, and local requirements
- Proficiency in applicable tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, ETAP, SKM, or discipline-specific software
- Ability to develop calculations, models, drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical reports
- Solid written and spoken English
- Ability to collaborate across time zones, including partial overlap with U.S. working hours





Key Responsibilities

Support Practice Leaders and U.S.-based discipline leads with design development and production

- Prepare engineering calculations, BIM/CAD models, drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules
- Coordinate models and resolve multidisciplinary clashes
- Incorporate review comments and maintain document-control standards
- Follow approved design criteria, templates, workflows, and quality procedures
- Participate in coordination meetings and communicate risks or missing information promptly
- Meet agreed scope, schedule, quality, productivity, and utilization targets
- Protect confidential client and project information
