Inclits Core Ventures Private Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Back Office Executive cum Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage both administrative tasks and customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back office operations and documentation.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Attend inbound calls and provide information about real estate projects.
Maintain and update customer records, leads, and databases.
Coordinate appointments and site visits with the sales team.
Prepare reports, manage files, and perform data entry.
Assist in office administration and customer relationship management.
EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or back office operations will be an added advantage.
