We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with 7 to 12 years of expertise to join our team in Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and engineering systems (PLC,SCADA,HMI), ready to drive our growth and support our clients effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Customer Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. This involves regular meetings, product demonstrations, and providing ongoing support.
2. **Technical Presentations:** Deliver clear and engaging presentations on products and services to clients, explaining technical features and advantages to assist in their decision-making process.
3. **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that increase market share while achieving individual sales targets. This requires analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
4. **Project Management:** Oversee the execution of projects from sale to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are met and that projects are completed on time.

Required skills and expectations include:
