- **Prepare Work Areas:** Ensure job sites are organized and safe by setting up tools and equipment, keeping the workspace tidy, and adhering to safety protocols.
- **Handle Tools and Equipment:** Use and maintain tools like hand tools, gauges, and vacuum pumps under the supervision of experienced technicians to gain practical skills.
- **Perform Minor Repairs:** Assist in troubleshooting basic AC issues and completing simple repairs as directed, enhancing understanding of system operations.
- **Maintain Inventory:** Help keep track of supplies and tools,



informing lead technicians when items need to be replenished to ensure smooth workflow.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
