2. **Team Management**: Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, architects, and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teamwork and project success.

3. **Quality Control**: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines, addressing any issues promptly.

4. **Budget Management**: Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring that all financial aspects are in line with the initial projections.

To be successful in this role, candidates need a degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with 2 to 8 years of experience in construction management. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of construction methods and legal regulations are also expected.
