MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To do market research, identify prospects and generate leads, maintain database.

• To identify projects, govt. projects and account management.

• Selling of all products by managing and creating new Dealer & Distribution Network,

Projects, Architects.

• Target the untapped segment and explore/build new markets.

• To have a Strong Architect Network of assigned territory.

• To build trust & Confidence with customers & influences as

Architect, Interior Designer, Consultants, PMC etc.

• To be a good planner for sales strategies.

• Meet the targets and deadlines.

• Other tasks as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate from a recognized university.

• Part Time . / Full Time in Marketing from a recognized university.

Experience:

3-10 years of experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role/relevant

and from a Building materials industry.

Skills:





• Must have an experience in building & flooring materials like tiles, marbles, etc.

• Candidate must have positive connect with Architects.

• Candidate must have good experience in Projects business Microsoft Office skills (Word,

Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Should own at least a 2-wheeler.

• Smart, Presentable with Strong communication skills.

• Well Organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Takes Initiatives.

• Should have own vehicles.
