Job Responsibilities

Manage sales activities and business growth across the assigned area.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and corporate customers.

Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Promote and sell IT hardware, software and technology solutions.

Handle products such as laptops, desktops, CCTV, networking, printers, accessories, software and IT solutions.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.

Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and payments.

Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery and customer requirements.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Manage and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

Experience: 3-8 years in sales, preferably in IT hardware, software, CCTV, networking, computer products or electronics.

Candidates with experience as Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Area Business Manager are preferred.
