Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and manage daily production activities to meet output targets.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor machine utilization, efficiency, and equipment performance.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Prepare production reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation.

Collaborate with quality, design, procurement,



and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.

Support current product introduction, process validation, and production trials.

Monitor material consumption and assist in inventory optimization.
