We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Thane West. The ideal candidate will hold an or PGDM in human resources or a related field and will be responsible for managing various HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment and Staffing:** Lead the recruitment process by designing effective job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of the best talent.

- **Performance Management:** Implement performance management systems that encourage employee development, set expectations, and conduct regular reviews to support career growth.
- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- **Compliance and Policy Management:** Ensure that all HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations, and update policies as necessary to reflect best practices.
- **Compensation and Perks:** Oversee the compensation structure and benefits programs,
conducting market research to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
