Job Description: Welcome customers, handle billing and cash transactions, issue and recharge game cards, assist customers during gameplay, demonstrate the games, explain game rules, offers and packages, resolve basic customer queries, maintain cash records, ensure the gaming area is clean and organized, report game malfunctions, promote memberships and birthday packages, perform adhoc tasks assigned by the management and follow all company SOPs, safety and operational guidelines.
